流程簡(jiǎn)介:
原料空氣經(jīng)過(guò)濾去粉塵,進(jìn)入鼓風(fēng)機(jī)增壓,進(jìn)入吸附器,空氣中的N2, H2O、CO2及碳?xì)浠衔锉晃絼┪剑瑫r(shí)獲得氧氣,吸附塔吸附飽和后,自動(dòng)切換,該吸附器減壓抽真空再生,本設(shè)備有三個(gè)吸附塔交替使用,連續(xù)獲得氧產(chǎn)品,氧產(chǎn)品經(jīng)過(guò)氧壓機(jī)壓送至用戶,氧壓機(jī)壓力可根據(jù)用戶要求設(shè)置。

PROCESS DESCRIPTION
After removal of dust by the suction filter, the feed air is pressurized
by the air blower and led to the adsorber. Nitrogen, moisture, carbon dioxide
in the air are adsorbed by adsorbent, oxygen gas is obtained at the same
time. When the adsorption is saturated, the system will change over automatically,
then the adosrober will be depressurized and vacuumized for regeneration.
There are three adsorbers working alternatively to obtain product oxygen
continuously. The product oxygen is delivered to the User after being compressed
by the oxygen compressor at the pressure specified by the User.
